AOF ONLINE — ISSUE 001 28 May 2026

You're looking at something that shouldn't exist according to the current logic of the internet.

No algorithm decided what appears here. No platform took a cut to recommend it to you. No engagement metric shaped what got published this week. This is every piece of work the Art of FACELESS collective has put into the world recently, gathered in one place, on infrastructure we control, delivered to you without a corporate stooge taking notes on your behaviour.

This is what decentralisation actually looks like. Not a manifesto. A page.

Every feed you see below is live. Every site it pulls from is independent. The work spans editorial journalism, speculative fiction, research, game development, and some things that don't even have a category yet. It's made by a small collective in Cardiff and beyond, with no investor, no brand partner, and no interest in being palatable. The circuit is open. If something here resonates, you already know where to find us.

The question worth sitting with this week: how many platforms do you use daily that you couldn't leave if you wanted to? Not because the content is good. Because the social graph is there, and leaving means disappearing. That's not a network. That's a hostage situation with a nicer UI.

We left. This is where we went. You can be part of this too.
